Factory Direct Beds warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and begins on the original purchase date.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Factory Direct Beds reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace any product approved under warranty.

Replacement or repaired products continue under the original warranty period.

To maintain the validity of your warranty:

– A suitable waterproof mattress protector must be used from the date of delivery.
– Mattresses showing stains, moisture damage, mould, mildew, odours or contamination will not be covered under warranty.
– Mattresses should be rotated regularly in accordance with our care instructions.
– Mattresses must be used on a suitable supportive bed base.

Failure to follow these care requirements may void the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

– Normal wear and tear;
– Comfort preference;
– Normal foam softening;
– Body impressions of up to 40 mm;
– Burns, cuts, tears or stains;
– Water or moisture damage;
– Pet or insect damage;
– Abuse, misuse or neglect;
– Damage caused by jumping or standing on the mattress;
– Improper transport after delivery;
– Failure to use a mattress protector;
– Failure to rotate the mattress;
– Damage caused by an unsuitable bed base;
– Commercial use unless the product was specifically sold for commercial purposes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
