Welcome to www.directbeds.co.za. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Factory Direct Beds (Pty) Ltd. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, colours and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, fabric, stitching, dimensions and appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen settings and shall not be regarded as defects.

Factory Direct Beds reserves the right to modify products, specifications or prices without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability.

Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, Factory Direct Beds reserves the right to offer an alternative product, store credit, or a full refund.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted.

Factory Direct Beds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable circumstance. Where payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Ownership of all goods remains with Factory Direct Beds until payment has been received in full.

We accept EFT, debit and credit cards, approved finance providers, and cash payments where applicable.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed, provided manufacturing, customisation or dispatch has not commenced.

Custom-made or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Where payment processing or banking fees have been incurred, these may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.

Orders are delivered throughout South Africa.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing, courier delays, weather, supplier shortages or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries or redelivery requests will be for the customer’s account.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products will fit through doorways, staircases, lifts and passages before placing an order.

Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages or incorrect products must be reported to Factory Direct Beds within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to notify us within this period may affect any claim for replacement or repair.

Promotional offers, vouchers and discounts:

– Cannot be exchanged for cash;
– May not be combined unless otherwise stated;
– May be amended or withdrawn without notice.

Competition winners are selected in accordance with the published promotional rules.

Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.

Competition runs for 4 weeks. The closing date will be announced on the Factory Direct Beds Facebook page.

To enter, participants must:
– Like the Factory Direct Beds Facebook page.
– Like the competition post.
– Tag 6 friends in the comments.
– Share the post publicly.
– Comment why they deserve a better night’s sleep.

*One entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
Bonus entries apply only to customers who purchase any topper during the competition period and qualify for 10 additional entries.

Prizes are:
1st Prize: Queen-size mattress & base
2nd Prize: Topper
3rd Prize: Latex pillow
Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Winners will be selected at random and announced on the Factory Direct Beds Facebook page.

Winners must collect their prize from the Factory Direct Beds Jeffreys Bay store unless otherwise arranged.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Factory Direct Beds reserves the right to select another winner.
By entering, participants agree that their names and photographs may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
Factory Direct Beds reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.

Factory Direct Beds respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Personal information is collected only for processing orders, deliveries, warranties, customer service and marketing communications where consent has been provided.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.

All content on this website, including logos, product photographs, graphics, text and designs, remains the property of Factory Direct Beds and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Factory Direct Beds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
