Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the product:

– Is unused;
– Is in its original packaging;
– Is in a clean and resalable condition; and
– Is accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for:

– Custom-made products;
– Used mattresses;
– Clearance or promotional items;
– Pillows, mattress protectors, bedding or accessories opened for hygiene reasons.

Approved returns may be subject to a reasonable collection or restocking fee.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
